Our ‘Salty Seadog’ leads have a chunkier handle, made by splicing two lengths of rope together.

We have many variations of our Salty Seadogs, as we can use 1 colour/rope or 2 different colours/ropes.

This ‘Salty Sea Dog’ lead incorporates 2 different ropes, with the Newlyn green coming up the main lead and then spliced together with a shorter white section of rope to form the chunkier handle.

This rope has been salvaged from Newlyn harbour in Cornwall, where we are working together with the fishermen to save as much retired fishing gear as possible from going to landfill or incineration.
