Description
Our ‘Traditional’ dog lead is where it all started and this style of lead is now available in a rainbow of colours, depending on what rope we’ve managed to salvage. Some colours are very limited and get snapped up – so if you like what you see, be quick.
If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, do contact us so that we can let you know what we have in the splicing workshop under production. In the meantime, you can order your St Ives Deep Blue lead here.
Our St Ives Deep Blue lead has been repurposed from Grandad’s own retired fishing ropes, used on his lobster and crab fishing gear as head ropes or buoy ropes. This rope was worked out of St Ives harbour and is over 40years old.
We are saving approximately just over 1m of rope in each lead, giving it a new lease of life and saving it from going to landfill or incineration.
