Description
Our ‘Traditional’ dog lead is where it all started and this style of lead is now available in a rainbow of colours, depending on what rope we’ve managed to salvage. Some colours are very limited and get snapped up – so if you like what you see, be quick. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, do contact us so that we can let you know what we have in the splicing workshop under production.
This striking indigo blue/purple colour is a favourite of ‘Hounds for Heroes’, who we are proud to support, and if more of this rope becomes available these leads – along with other blues and reds – will be available from their stand at the Royal Cornwall Show in June if you’d like to wait and purchase with them to help them to raise funds.
Or, in the meantime, you can order this Traditional Newlyn Piran Blue lead here. But act fast – we currently have just one available!
This rope was salvaged with the help of our friends from Newlyn harbour, together we are saving retired ropes and ghost gear from landfill or incineration.
We brought it home and sprinkled some Cornish Spliced magic over it, and now it has a new lease of life as one of the colours in our rainbow lead range. Can you give it a forever home?
